When my clients come to me for therapy, they can expect a warm, highly individualized and collaborative approach. I approach counseling in a holistic and attachment-informed manner, meaning I consider your mind, your body, and soul/spirit, with special emphasis on how our earliest relationships impact and shape us as people. I specialize in working with women just like you- empathetic, intelligent women who struggle with anxiety. We are going to heal the core of your fears, nurture your inner child, and cultivate freedom and safety from within your body!

What is your intuition?
If you have ever been encouraged to “trust your gut” or to “follow your gut”, you were being encouraged to listen to your intuition.
Intuition isn’t logical. It doesn’t come from thinking or analyzing. It comes from slowing down and listening to the wisdom that your body has to offer. (For those of you who think this is too woo-woo, this stuff is backed by science)
The goal of getting in touch with your intuition is to slow down, get into the present moment, and make choices from a grounded place- allowing the inner wisdom to shine through without overthinking it too much.
Getting in touch with your inner wisdom is crucial for creating a life for yourself that you love! For those of us who struggle to get out of our heads and have very loud inner critics, listening to our intuition may feel as foreign to us as speaking an entirely different language.
The goal of therapy is to start the process of learning that language, dropping the anxiety, and live your most abundant life.
