Rates and Insurance

My rates for individual and couples therapy is $175.

I am a firm believer that anyone seeking therapy should be able to access it with minimal barriers, therefore I am happy to help connect you to a therapist that meet your financial needs if I am unable to. Please reach out for more information on this and to see my availability for sliding scale.

I am not enrolled on any insurance panels. But you can use your insurance!

Contact your insurance company to see if your policy has out of network benefits (OON). If so, check your deductible. Once you meet your OON deductible, you should be able to get reimbursed a certain percentage from your insurance company.

I would be happy to assist you in this process in order for you to get the most out of your insurance!

I accept payment via cash, check, debit or credit card, and HSA or FSA card at the end of each session.
