  • How long can I expect to go to therapy?

    There isn’t a definitive answer to this question, but it’s likely safe to say that you won’t get the transformation you’re looking for after one or two sessions. Some people desire to simply get the practical skills under their belt to better cope with their anxiety (which won’t take as long, maybe one or two months), while others want to work through the core of their anxiety and trauma (which will take longer!)

    Some people like to continue therapy as other issues come up, or integrate therapy as part as their long term self-care strategy, while others like to find solutions outside of a therapeutic context!

  • Can you bill my insurance?

    Although I am not paneled with insurance companies (reasons why described in the following FAQ), as an out-of-network provider, I have partnered with Mentaya to help you use your out-of-network benefits.

    Historically, if my clients wanted to get reimbursed for our sessions, they would have to call their insurance company and submit superbills to their insurance companies themselves.
