Transform Relationship Doubt into Deep Love

Relationship Anxiety Treatment

Signs of Relationship Anxiety

You care for your partner, but can’t shake the feelings of…

Worry

You worry about your relationship's future. Common anxious thoughts include anxiety about your attraction to your partner, infidelity, or one day being trapped in an unhappy marriage.

Doubt

You find yourself second guessing yourself and your relationship. Common doubts I’ll hear are, “do I find my partner attractive?”, “what if s(he) isn’t my soulmate?”, “do I really love them, or am I lying to myself?”

Insecurity

It's normal to seek reassurance in a relationship, but even when your partner shows they care and offer you reassurance, there is a small voice in the back of your mind that is doubtful, and desires more reassurance.
